National Policy Forum Annual Report now available – short contemporary motion window

The NPF Annual report is now ready and available: NPF Report 2016

When you have read it, if any members have an idea for a ‘contemporary motion’ – ie a motion on a substantial issue that arises after the report is published – this can go to be considered for debate at National Conference as long as it is not within one of the Policy Forum areas already covered. Please send your contemporary motion to .

Send it quick as the CLP needs to agree it and send it on to the conference arrangements committee by 15th September. Only one motion per CLP is possible. Our next meeting is not until the 26th Sept so any motion will need to show significant support by email or social media if we are to call a special meeting to consider it. This kind of meeting is not banned by NEC rules about the leadership election.
